Preserved Flowers FAQ

  • Prolonged shelf life

  • Unlike fresh flowers, our preserved flowers do not wilt, droop, or lose their vibrant colours. Just like the love that comes with your gift, the blooms stay everlasting fresh.

    How long do they last?

    Our blooms don't have an expiry date. Depending on how they are stored and cared for, it can last for years. Just shower them with love and care just like you would a plant, and your blooms will shine and bloom for in return.

    How do I care for my blooms?

    Our blooms don't need water.
    Our blooms don't like direct sunlight, they're shy.
    Just like our typical Singaporean, our blooms are happiest in a cool dry place. Nothing over 35 ̊C

    How long will it take and how much will it cost?

    As our flowers are shipped in from overseas, a customised arrangement will be subject to availability. However, we will try our best to fulfil your wishes within the desired time. Our prices will be extremely reasonable and will come with a detailed breakdown when we respond with a quote.

    Worth the price

    Our blooms are more expensive than a fresh flower arrangement. However, the price you pay is for a flower that never wilts, blooms all year round, and is more than just a floral gift. Only the best quality flowers are selected for preserving, and you can make sure that your blooms are nothing but the best.

  • Delivery time slots

  • Our delivery slots range from 10am to 10pm on the selected delivery days. If you require a specific time-slot, we would love to accomodate. Simply email us at hello@thestalkmarket.sg to let us know and we will respond as soon as possible.

    Delivery Fee

    Our delivery is a flat S$10 islandwide for every order. As we use a special courier delivery to make sure your flowers are delivered in perfect condition, we seek your understanding on the cost.

    Rescheduling a Failed Delivery

    As our delivery is via a courier, your shipping fee of $10 islandwide covers 1 successful delivery. Upon failure of delivery (ie, no one present to receive, unreachable via contact number etc), our courier will send the parcel back to us.

    Do contact us via email, whatsapp or livechat with your order number, and our staff will inform you of the second payment fee as well as schedule a second delivery.

    *Do note that the reschedule has to be done within 7 days of the original delivery date. If a reschedule is not made within 7 days, the order will be disposed of with no refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

    Can I personalize my gift?

    Of course. An everlasting arrangement is a commitment. Our flowers last up to 2 years and it's understandable to desire your very own personal arrangement.
    Simply email us with the following information, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
    1. Budget
    2. Item (eg, Glass Dome, Type, Basket, Rose Box)
    3. Desired flowers and color palette

    Absolutely! We love helping to make a gift more special. Our products come with an additional "Gift" option that includes a beautiful gift box, a floral card with message and a gift bag.
